Start with a simple, stress-free consultation to see if TMS or Spravato is the right treatment option for you. During this screening, an intake specialist will take the time to learn your symptoms, treatment history, and goals for healing.

Upon completion of your consultation, we will schedule an appointment for you to meet with Dr. Wolff, our psychiatrist, for further evaluation and to discuss whether TMS or Spravato is the right treatment for you.

At Shore TMS, your healing journey begins with Dr. Wolff, who takes the time to understand you and tailor your care to your unique needs.

TMS: TMS sessions last about 37 minutes, while you’ll sit comfortably in a reclined chair. You will remain alert while gentle magnetic pulses are delivered in short intervals (in 4-second cycles, repeated 2–3 times per minute). TMS is non-invasive and medication-free, so you can return to your normal activities when the session has ended.

Spravato: Spravato is a self-administering nasal spray provided under medical supervision. Spravato sessions last about two hours for monitoring purposes. A staff member stays with you the entire time, offering a safe, supportive space to talk through your experience. For your safety, a ride home is required after each session.

At Shore TMS, we encourage you to make your session your own – listen to music, talk with a member of our care team, or simply relax. You may also use our TV, practice mindfulness meditations or aromatherapy, or bring your own entertainment.
